It was among the stranger games and one of the more heartbreaking, and almost backbreaking, losses in their most bizarre season. And now the Chargers will visit Heinz Field and the Pittsburgh Steelers for a second time in two months.

I deserve to be called to task on those things. So then does pretty much every Chargers player. And I give you this quote from Norv Turner today speaking about his mindset in December: "I'd be lying to you if I told you I thought we'd be in the playoffs." They deserve to be where they are, sure, but they are monumentally lucky too. Don't ever forget that. The margin between winning and losing in this league comes down sometimes to a favorable bounce or two. (And my record this year is 10-7. Four of my losses were when I picked the Chargers to win.) - -- Kevin Acee
